Lois Garland Phillips passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 96. Born on January 10, 1929, daughter of the late Richard (Perry) Garland and Evelyn T. (Billie) Clyburn. Lois lived her entire life in Palm Beach County. She was a lifelong member of The United Methodist Church of the Palm Beaches.
Lois married Samuel D. Phillips in 1951 who passed away in 1983.
She is survived by two daughters; Caroline P. Tobias and Patricia Phillips, a granddaughter Lilly Tobias (Jordan Jurosic) and a great Grandson Jordan "JR" Jurosic.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 10:00AM at the Chapel of The United Methodist Church of the Palm Beaches, 900 Brandywine Rd. West Palm Beach, FL 33409. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to The United Methodist Church of the Palm Beaches.
