“Marty”
Age 72, of Palm Beach Gardens, died on June 19, 2014. Marty was born on August 29, 1941 in Buffalo, NY., to parents Willard M. and Martha R. Rich. She had been a resident of Palm Beach County since 1946. A loving wife, mother and animal lover, Marty lived an active life. As a young teenager she survived an airplane crash with minor injuries. She loved to travel and was one of the first female travelers to enter the Mayan temples in Mexico. She enjoyed building her own intricate doll houses.
Marty was predeceased by her devoted husband of thirty six years, William Kenneth Trowsdal Jr. She is survived by her children; Suzanne Deffendall (Christopher) and William Trowsdal III, siblings; Willard Rich Jr., (Monica), John Rich (Grace), James Rich (Michele), Donald Rich (Victoria), and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit the family at the Aycock Funeral Cremation and Event Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter FL., 33458 on Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, June 23, 2014 at 10:00AM. Interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
