64 years old, of Jupiter, FL, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. Born in Riverside, CA, Robin was the daughter of William Everett Duncan and Kathrine Irene Walters Duncan. At an early age, her family moved to Hammondsport, NY where she was raised and lived until moving to South Florida in the mid 1980’s. Robin was employed at the Delray Medical Center, Radiology Department, for over 30 years, until her retirement in 2019. Robin was a great adventurer. She loved to explore the world around her, try new and interesting things, and travel to new and exciting places. She always had a smile for family and friends and even through some trying times with her battles with cancer, she was always hopeful and planning her next adventure or reunion with family or friends. We will miss her dearly but we will carry her spirit with us forever.
Robin is survived by her husband, Gary Quattlebaum; her mother, Kathy Duncan; her brother, Mike Duncan(wife, Jenny); her sister, Tina Abby(husband, Bob); as well as numerous other, aunts, uncles and cousins, including “her boys” Will Duncan, Chris Abby, Cyle Abby and Jesse Gay, and her cousin, Carol Gay. She is also survived by four step-children, Jesse Quattlebaum, Aimee Rich (husband, Tim), Joe Quatttlebaum (wife, Sarah) and Aly Gay (husband, Shane). She was the loving “Oma” to eight adored grandchildren, Wyatt Rich, Noah Rich, Jackson Rich, Amelia Rich, Caius Gay, Atlas Gay, Lumina “Louie” Gay, and Bryn Quattlebaum.
Friends may visit with the family between the hours of 1:00 to 4:00 PM on Sunday, May 16, 2021, at Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 5411 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach 33417, with a Funeral Service to be held at 2:00 PM. Those who wish may make a contribution to an Animal Rescue Foundation (she supported them all) in her memory.
