It was an honor to know and work with such a wonderful man as Jim. I was glad to have called him my friend. My prayers go out to your family.

May God hold Jim in His loving arms.

We were so sad to read of Jim's death. Jim worked on our home multiple times over the past 29 years, beginning with gutting and completely redoing our kitchen. 27 years later - when we wanted to update our kitchen - we were thrilled that Jim was available to do it again! In the years between, he worked on our bathrooms and created a playroom in our basement. We often talked of our families -we have two daughters similar ages to Jim's - so we had a lot in common! It was clear to us that Jim took great joy in his family. We always enjoyed talking with him.
We send our condolences to Jim's family. From Priscilla and John Maddock

I hadn't seen you in many many years my dear cousin. When we were young you where like my little brother. Time goes by and the world passes us by. I am so blessed that Sylvia and I got to see you and reconnect last year. Peace be with you.

Jim was a good man who loved his wife, daughters and grandchildren and they knew it. He thought the sun rose when my sister opened her eyes in the morning. No one can ask for more and few are so blessed. He will be missed.

Sorry to the Dunz family for your loss. I went to Frontier with Jim and was a great guy, a very good basketball player. We had a lot of fun back in the day, sorry to hear about your loss.

Jim will live on in my house forever. I met him over 50 yrs ago while he was working with his father. He continued for many years doing remodeling work, completely transforming my house. He was a meticulous expert not only
in working with laminates, but often offered design decisions and very often corrected the work of the plumbers or electricians on the project. If ever there was an unappreciated craftsman, it was Jim.
I shall remember him everyday as I continue to live with and admire his work in my house. I am very sad about this news. He deserved more in life.

Jimmy was the kindest, caring man you could possibly ever know. Great sense of humor, compassionate and a friend everyone would want to have met. We shared many memorable times that will always be remembered. Godfather to our eldest daughter, he embodied all the good in a person. It seems unfair that he was taken from us so soon. As quoted by Billy Joel “Only the Good Die Young”. That’s the only sense I can make of it. Seems like yesterday when we were camping, bowling, sharing a dinner, gathered with friends. Those memories will live on as Jim will in our hearts. Rest easy now my friend. Hope to see you again one day.
