Suzanne "Sue" M. Gallagher (nee Clark) of Buffalo, NY. Passed peacefully at home on February 14, 2026 after a year long battle with cancer. Beloved partner of 28 years to Scott Leistner; dear sister of Patricia (Jack) Hanley, the late Dennis (Anne) Clark and the late William Clark; adored niece of the late Mary Clark; beloved friend of the late Florence Walter; survived by many relatives and the Leistner family. Family will be present on Friday, February 20th from 4-7 PM at HOY FUNERAL HOME, 3855 Seneca St., West Seneca, where a Prayer Service will be held immediately following. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, Hospice Buffalo or Wounded Warriors Project.
