On the morning of June 9, 2020, after a short battle with cancer, Andrew James (AJ) Fuller was taken from this earth too soon. AJ was born November 9, 1984 with arthrogryposis, a rare form of muscular dystrophy. He exceeded many expectations given by the doctors. AJ was able to walk with a brace, drive a car, earn a living and care for himself. He worked hard to earn his Eagle Scout rank and he always had a talent for making friends. He was a ray of sunshine for all those who met him throughout his life. AJ loved to attend hockey games (especially the Utah Grizzlies), gaming with his many friends and attending Comic-Con.
AJ is survived by parents, Blaine & Diana Fuller, and Jerilyn Fuller; Siblings, Amber (Rick) Gray, Crystal (Wendy) Elton-Hanlon, Wesley Fuller, Mandy (Robby) Clark, Mark (Samantha) Broadhead, Matthew (Kim) Fuller and Bryan (Christina) Fuller; Grandparents, Edith Ruske and Marilyn Bays, many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death by Grandparents, Sunny and Andy Anderson, Carroll Fuller, Merrilene and Stanley Todd, Lothar Ruske and his Uncle Bruce Fuller.
Viewing will be held Sunday June 14, 2020 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at Valley View Funeral Home, West Valley City. Graveside service will be on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 11:00am at Valley View Memorial Park.
We would like to thank all the medical staff at Huntsman Cancer Institute for the great care given to AJ during the last two weeks of his life. We also would like to thank Shriners Hospital for the care and support given to AJ to be able to live a fuller life.
