Deborah Marie Sanchez

Deborah Marie Sanchez, age 66, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 in Sante Fe, New Mexico. Debby was born January 3, 1958 in Salt Lake City, Utah to parents Quentin R. Sanchez and Josie T. Sanchez.

Debby loved dancing since she was a little girl. Eventually, she took dancing lessons in New York and was told by her teacher she was excellent. She loved skiing at Deer Valley Ski Resort. She graduated from University of Utah and went on to work in Utah and New York for different Stock trading firms including Merrill Lynch, Shearson Lehman Brothers, and Garrison & Bradford Investments. She participated at trading securities on the New York Stock Exchange. Eventually, she retired in Santa Fe, New Mexico She was making plans to move back to Salt Lake City, Utah to spend time with her Sister Tresa and nephew Alan.

She loved all animals. She was a kind, fun-loving, thoughtful, and loving person. A beautiful person inside and out.

Deborah is preceded in death by her grandparents: Octiaviana and Manuel Sanchez and Jose A. and Teresita Sanchez; Brother: Joseph; Parents: Quentin R. Sanchez and Josie T. Sanchez, and is survived by her Siblings: Tresa Taylor, Richard Sanchez and Quentin Sanchez; Nephew: Alan; Nieces: Amber and Brandi; Great Nephews: Ashton, Ethan, KC, Riggin, Keagan and very loyal friend Kayla.

We are all heartbroken and will miss you immensely.
