Diana Mae Harwood Morgan

Diana Mae Harwood Morgan, age 70, entered into rest March 22, 2012 in West Valley City, Utah.

She was born February 6, 1942 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Elbert Halterman and Ruthella Ann Garrick Harwood. She graduated from South High School. Diana married Richard D. Morgan on June 4, 1966 in Sparks, Nevada. She loved bowling, camping, spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, crossword puzzles, word finds, and walking with her dad every morning.

Diana is survived by her husband, Richard; children, Julie Green, Rick (Jeanna); stepsons, Michael Morgan, Patrick Lee (Sissy) Morgan; 10 grandchildren; siblings, Elbert “Buddy” (Donna) Harwood, Gary (Stephanie) Harwood, Nancy Harwood-Eichbauer, ElRay (Carol) Harwood and Lynette Harwood Canty. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers-in-law, Mike Eichbauer and Thomas Canty.

Funeral Services for Diana will be held Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 12:00 noon at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
