Born, Dianna Bee Horner, To those who know her called her Diane Aka “Nana”, passed away in the early morning of May 15th,2024 Born to William and Carol Horner on August 11,1949 in Lakeview Colorado. Diane would marry the love of her life, Mark James Booth on September 9, 1972. Where he would take on the fatherhood of her three children, Jeanine, Johnny and Melanie.
Diane was best known for not being part of the crowd. She loved to stand out, and as she would let everyone know, she did not have a filter, and was the #1 Bitch, and was proud to let everyone know. What would come out of Nana’s mouth was always a gamble, but she never let you wonder where you stood with her, she told it how it was.
Diane loved to go to bingo, a good fishing trip, making ceramics, painting, and any craft she could master. Visiting her many friends and neighbors and even strangers, you never had a boring conversation. She was also a part of the Kearns Neighborhood watch, where she wanted to keep the streets in her area free of rugrats, drug dealers, and hood rats as she would often call them.
Everyone who would come to know Nana, would fall in love with her and they would adopt her as their Nana. When you went to Nana’s house, in the summer, you could always find her either water raking her grass to make all the grass go one direction, working in her garden, or sitting on her porch with Mark.
