Our sincerest heartfelt sympathies to your family during the loss of your sweet mother.  What a great woman that you had the opportunity to call mother!  Our thoughts and prayers to each of you as you mourn this great loss.  Comfort comes in knowing the Plan of Salvation and the great privilege to see her again! Families are Forever and that we know!

Dear Larsen family. I am so saddened to hear of the passing of your dear Mother. She was "Mom" to many children besides her own, including me. I always felt loved whenever I was in her home. I have so many fond memories of times spent with your family. Doreen was so talented in so many different areas, and had a profound effect on so many lives. May God bless and comfort your family at this time and always. With much love.

When I let my brothers and sisters know about Aunt Doreen's passing, everyone of them mentioned that they had been thinking about her and Uncle Duane lately.  

Our sympathies go out to you all for your loss.  However, we all know where she is and what she is doing.  You all know that she is happy, doing what she should be doing, and patiently waiting to see you all again.

Sister Larsen was such a sweet member of our ward. She helped me feel so welcome when I moved into the Granger 10th. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Growing up down the street from the Larsen family, I don't remember ever seeing a frown on that beautiful face.  I made Dorene my second mother after my mom passed and even tho I haven't seen her for many years, I still think of her that way.  I will miss knowing that she is still with us, but I know love the idea that she and my mother are visiting with each other......hugs, love and prayers for the Larsen family..

We have had the privilege to know many of the Larsen family and have always admired them.  They are great people and I'm sure this is because of the wonderful influence their mother/grandmother had on all of them.  And as a result, a wonderful influence on each of us.

It is with great sadness that Ceci and I learn of the passing of Aunt Dorene.  She and Uncle Duane and the family were a fixture in our family's life for so many years when we were kids.  And what a remarkable, wonderful family it is! I often wish I had a fraction of Aunt Dorene's many talents.  I cherish the memory of the last time I visited her to go inspect her Larsen family albums and memorabilia.  She was good about preserving family history.  Our deep sympathies go to Uncle Duane and all the cousins and their families.  What a legacy Aunt Dorene leaves behind.  I know she will be sorely missed, though there is consolation in knowing that she has been restored in mind and spirit and is now in a peaceful, happy place. Our love to all the Larsens...
