Franklin Austin Marsh was born on April 4, 1938, in Superior Wyoming to Franklin Adolphus Marsh and Genevieve Sophia Waszkiewicz.
After high school Frank served a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints in the southern states mission. After he returned home, he served in the Army.
In the summer of 1961, he met his sweetheart Judy Carol Angell at a young adult ward in Moab, Utah. After that summer, she returned home to Magna. In a love letter to Frank, Judy wrote that she would give two cents to spend her vacation in Moab to be with him. He responded with his own love letter with two cents enclosed. Three months later on December 8, 1961, they were sealed in the Salt Lake City temple for time and all eternity. During their 51 years of marriage, they had three daughters and three sons whom they loved and adored.
Frank was an entrepreneur and developed his own companies for work, including a janitorial business, a glove sales business, and a four-wheel bicycle business.
Frank loved to serve in the temple, a place where he felt at peace. He served as a temple worker in several locations. Most recently in the Jordan River Temple.
After retirement, Frank and Judy served a mission together in South Dakota for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Dad loved the quote from Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach, “Are you saying I can fly? I say you are free.”
Dad, your life was a blessing. Your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure!
