Jason Brent Boynton

1975-2013

Jason Brent Boynton, 37, passed away on February 6, 2013 quietly at his home in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on May 23, 1975 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Howard “Animal” Brent Boynton and Carma Hansen Boynton. Jason lived in Salt Lake City for 22 years then he moved to Evanston, Wyoming where he began his family. He recently moved back to Salt Lake City.

Jason took pride in the respect and loyalty he held for his many friends especially those he remained closest to throughout the years. There was nothing more Jason loved than spending time and being with his family. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.

Jason is survived by his wife of 16 years, Holly Boynton; children: Jacolby (Aubreyanne) Boynton, Destinie Jackson, Cieara North Boynton, Michael Boynton, Patrick Boynton; granddaughter, Chloe Dee Boynton; siblings, Brian Norton, Lisa Jordan and Kary Dee (Glen) Wilcox; grandmother, Cleo Ricks Boynton; best friend, Manny; many cousins, aunts, uncles nieces, nephews and many friends. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, Carma Hansen Boynton and Howard “Animal” Brent Boynton.

Funeral services for Jason will be held on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Pleasant Green 3rd Ward, 8800 West 3000 South. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday evening from 6-8 pm at the Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City and again on Monday afternoon from 1-2 pm at the church prior to the service. Interment: Valley View memorial Park.
