Karen Lee Baxter passed away May 1, 2016. She was born September 14, 1949 to Alton DeGraw Baxter and Marian Lois Westenskow in Corvallis, Oregon. Karen was known and loved for her sweet spirit. She loved her stuffed animals, coloring, listening to music and her favorite doll, Annie.
A faithful Latter-day Saint, she served an LDS CES mission with her parents in Montana. She also served in the Nursery and attended Special Needs Mutual. Survived by her sisters LuAnn(Scott) Hansen of Springville, Utah and Crysandra ”Sandi”(Ronald) Hammond of Rexburg, Idaho and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 6, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, with viewings on Thursday, May 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. and again one hour prior to services.
