Dear Uncle Merlin and Family,
I was so blessed to have an aunt like Lorna.  She was so special and always caring. I never heard a harsh word from her ever.  Your family gave my family a beautiful christmas back in the seventies that will always remain in our hearts  forever.  We had nothing and she got her family and friends together and gave a suprise Christmas that was so beautiful, loving and caring!  She had a very sweet loving heart towards all who knew her and those that she didn't she was always kind to anyone who needed help.  I will miss her terribly, but I rejoice that she is with all her loved ones that have gone before her.  I love her so much she will always be in my heart and mind.  I thank your whole family Uncle Merlin for all the kind memories I have of you and her & your family.  I always will.  Uncle Merlin you have the same kind, loving heart she did. I was a young man when I first met Lorna.  She showed me how a person could overcome temptation to addiction.  She had the most admirable strength and optimism.  She loved her children and joined with them in an effort to know themselves.  I was able to get to know a couple of her kids also...first rate individuals, and, I'm sure, this had something to do with Lorna. With love,  Jim Wetzel

Dear Merlin & Cousins, Some of the most fun times of my Childhood were with you guys playing and going back and forth between your house and Mons & Dads. Your Mom was always saying or doing something to make us laugh. I know how much She Loved the Lord and it's a comfort to know she will be with all Her Loved One. God Bless you all.  Love Joy Lynn

We were sorry to hear about the passing of Lorna Cluff.  She is surely happy to  be reunited with her parents, dear Aunt Lula and Uncle Bill, and other loved ones. Love, your cousins Dolores, Carol, and Ginny.

Lorna is my best friends' mom and was a very special friend for almost 38 years. I remember the three of us always laughing and having a good time together. We were always going to some kind of self improvement classes. We were searching for something but just not sure what. 

Lorna found it first-JESUS-and how that changed all of our lives forever! Of course she had to share her joy with her family first then it spread like wildfire. They started a home Bible Study and were so hungry to learn everything they could about our Wonderful Lord and Savior. Then of course it just had to overflow to extended family and friends. Lorna had a book and would write down the names of the people who were saved at the study every week. I'm grateful to say mine & my familys' names were a part of that list. One of the scriptures she fully believed and stood on was "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you, and your household, will be saved". That was her fervent prayer that all her family would be saved. Only when we get to heaven will we know the full extent of the people who came to the Lord just because of the faithfulness of this one woman.

My granddaughter Ashley just loved Lorna. We would pick Lorna up and take her to church with us. She had such loving a way with children. I know Ashley has fond memories of Lorna spending time with her and showing her all the things she "glittered" and gave away as gifts.

My heartfelt love and sympathy goes out to all the family. Sandy, I know your mom appreciated the time you spent with her every week. I enjoyed hearing the stories of you & your moms trip to the pool when she was able to go. I know Merlin and Merlynn who were her faithfull caretakers everyday, will especially feel a void in their lives. I pray for Gods' saving grace to wrap His arms around you all and comfort you and bring you peace.
