Phillip Lamar Buxton

Phillip married Mary A. Broadbent in 1976. They had 3 children together, Travis, Amber and Terri. They later divorced.

He loved watching sports and was a big fan of the Cubs. He enjoyed the outdoors with camping, fishing and hunting. He loved his family.

He loved his grandkids and great grandkids more than anything in the world. They were his biggest inspiration.

He is preceded in death by his youngest daughter Terri Frampton and grandson (Brandon), his parents Ted and Jeanne Buxton, his 2 brothers, 1 sister and 2 sister-in-laws.

Survived by his son Travis (Faye) Buxton, his daughter Amber (Steven) Wolfe, his son-in-law Sean Frampton. His grandchildren Josh Buxton, Timber (Monika) Wolfe, Robert Wolfe, Kaylla (Dylan) Wolfe, Everett Frampton. His great granddaughters Hazel and Gracelynn. His brothers Jon (Pattie) Buxton and Kent Buxton (Jen) and his sisters Lisa Hansen and Sonia (Darrel) Palmer. Many nieces and nephews, many family members and friends.

He will be dearly missed.

A viewing will be held Saturday, Sept 10, 2022 from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City.
