

Martha was born February 21, 1955, in Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico. She immigrated to the United States in 1975 and made the city of Rosemead California her home for 19 years. She later moved to Utah where she lived for 28 years before departing this earth to be with the Lord.
Martha was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother extraordinaire. She thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her family and loving grandchildren.
Martha leaves behind a beautiful family and a legacy of service that she offered everyone that crossed her path. She will be missed dearly by all who were blessed to know her.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Consuelo Lucero and Heriberto Terrazas, and her grandson Anthony Silva.
Martha is survived by her loyal husband of 47 years, Jose C. Silva, her two daughters Connie and Dora, her son Jose, nine wonderful grandkids: Jared, Gaby, Arianna, Yeseñia, Alexia, Celeste, Paulina, Junior, Amaya, great grandchildren Elias and Marcelino, her brother’s Arturo and Ruben Lucero, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, godchildren, and many more family and friends. She will be dearly missed.
Funeral services will be at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1058 West 400 South, Salt Lake City, UT.
Viewing Friday, November 18, from 5pm-8pm, Funeral Mass, Saturday, November 19 at 11:30am.
Followed by the burial at Valley View Memorial, 4400 W. 4100 S. West Valley, UT.
