Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on April 15, 1967, to Darrel Lynn and Dolores Rosenbaum Norman,
Robbie lived a life filled with a deep love for the people around him. From a young age, Robbie showed a passion for music. A naturally talented and skilled drummer, he brought energy and a steady beat to every song he played. Robbie spent most of his working career installing fences as well as working as a yard associate; a profession he was proud of and enjoyed immensely.
Those who knew Robbie will always remember his kind and gentle soul. He had a quiet strength, a calming presence, and a heart that welcomed all. His acts of kindness, big and small, left lasting impressions on family, friends and co-workers. Robbie had many friends who cherished his loyalty, compassion, and easy-going nature, traits that defined the way he lived and loved. His quiet, presence will be missed.
He is survived by his beloved son, Vincent; Vincent’s wife, Rachel; and his treasured granddaughter, Zaylee; who brought him immeasurable joy. He also leaves behind his loving sisters, Beckie, Connie, Mindie; and brothers, Lonnie and Dee (Crystal); including numerous nieces and nephews who held a special place in their hearts for “Uncle Rob.”
On June 19, Robbie was welcomed into heaven by his parents, Darrel and Dolores, his grandparents, and many other cherished loved ones who went before him. While he may no longer walk beside us, his presence will be felt in every beat of the music he loved and in the memories that live on in all who knew him.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on July 2nd at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (3401 S Highland Drive Millcreek) where family and friends will gather to honor his memory.
“Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.”
