Sioeli Sanipepa Moeaki, also known as Pepa, was a devoted and loving father, husband, and grandfather. He cherished every moment of his time with family and those who mattered most in his life. He was born on May 9, 1941 to Tevita and Ta'elata Moeakiola of Vaini, Tonga. At a very young age Pepa sacrificed his education to care for his parents and work on the family farm. Faith and hard work came natural to him. He worked as a machine operator at Purolator Oil and finally retired after 22 successful years. Those who came in contact with Pepa will remember his cheerful attitude and his bright smile. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. As a member of the church choir his tenor vocals often stood out each Sabbath afternoon. On Saturday mornings he was often seen on the sidelines beaming with pride during the Little League football games. He almost never missed a game of his grandsons.
