Our beloved mother passed away peacefully at the age of 79. Married to our loving father Moises, for 58 years. A devoted Catholic her whole life and a parishioner at St. Francis Xavier Church.
Our mom was a hard-working proud woman, she was a nurse at St Mark's Hospital, production worker at National Semiconductor, then later a teacher for the Granite School District, which she really enjoyed and made great friends along the way. Later retiring with our dad they traveled, one of their dream vacations was to Rome and we all have plenty of souvenirs to prove that. LOL
She loved her family; she was loved and will be missed. Reunited with her mother, father, two brothers and granddaughter Keisha Martinez.
Survived by loving children Patsy (Shon), Moses (Monique), Tara (Danny), and Steven Martinez. Grandchildren Jacob, Austin, Kyle, Grace, Lydia, and great-granddaughter Eleanor Lund.
Funeral Mass Wednesday January 14, 2026, at 1 PM at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church 4501 W. 5216 S. Kearns, Utah. Interment to follow at Valley View Memorial Park 4335 W. 4100 S. West Valley City, Utah.
