Terry was born in Nampa, Idaho on December 2nd, 1973 to Shirley and Eugene Morey.
Terry found joy in the simple and meaningful thing in life. A devoted fan of the Chicago Bears and the Boise State Broncos, he rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on his favorite teams. Fishing brought him peace, while bowling was a favorite pastime that combined focus, fun, and friendly competition. These interests were more than hobbies-they were ways Terry connected with others and with the world around him.
Though Terry's time was far too short, the memories made through shared games, quiet moments by the water, and time spent with friends and loved ones will remain.
He met the love of his life Christine,in September of 2009. They were married and sealed in the Boise Idaho temple for time and all eternity on January 22nd 2010.They lived in Idaho for years before moving to Utah in August of 2012. Christy and Terry loved their time camping during the summer and Terry loved cooking in the outdoors. They loved spending time in nature beneath the trees and enjoying the fresh mountain air. Terry has always wanted a truck and just this past July he was able to get a Dodge Ram. For the last 7 months, he has been loving driving in his truck. His only sibling, Tammy Morey, has been living with them since 2022.Terry and Tammy enjoyed time spent together when shopping and looking for metal scraps.
Terry is survived by his loving wife, Christy, and his dear sister Tammy. He was welcomed into heaven by his parents Shirley and Eugene Morey. We can only imagine that their reunion was one full of joy and anticipation. Terry comes from a large family and has many loved ones here on Earth mourning his loss. He will be missed by his cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, as well as in-laws.
