I want to share my final memory with my grandma:
"Do not say goodbye. Goodbye means we won't see each other again mijo. No, say 'I will see you later,' because we will meet again."

I love you Grandma. I will see you again.

Alice was such a lovely woman and like a grandmother to me. She was always a kind soul who went above and beyond to help out whenever she could. I have fond memories of her babysitting me as a child that I will cherish for the rest of my life. She was incredibly funny as well, never a dull moment with her around. The thing that I will remember the most is how every single time I saw her she never forgot to tell me how beautiful I am and that means so much because it gave me so much confidence in myself. She will be truly and forever missed. Rest In Peace Alice, I love you.

Tina and Family,

I am so sorry for your loss. Your Mom was a strong, hilarious woman, who was a hard worker and told it like it is! Nobody would mess with her. You knew where you stood, and I respected that. She was like her Mom.

I have the best memories of being at your house and around your family. I think that's when I became Mexican on the inside, HaHa. Everything I know about the Mexican traditions, I learned from all of you.

Theresa, I'm so very sorry, you lost the last your last siblings.

I recently lost both my parents. I had never lost anyone close before. Now I know how it feels and I hurt for all of you.

It helps to believe they are all their together, until you meet again.

I really enjoyed looking through the photos. I have nothing but respect for your entire family.

Love Amy Lemus (Cunningham)
