I knew Brad when we were both stationed at NAS Agana Guam; he was with VQ3.  We shared some good times; among other things, we experienced Super Typhoon Pamala together.  As I reminiscence my time on Guam, Brad is an important part.  --Griggs

I will always remember Brad's laugh and him being this tall, skinny kid.  Our parents were such good friends and we often visited the family in West Union. We are so sorry to hear about him passing away. Brad and Bud are probably telling each other jokes in heaven!

Dad, no words are perfect enough to honor you. You are my best friend and I am thankful to God that he blessed me with you as a role model. I miss you terribly and love you forever.

My brother-in-law Brad was a wonderful, caring and funny man. I will remember him fondly and think of him often. I believe his greatest accomplishment was the  way he raised my niece, Ann Marie, a daughter he chose to make his own.  Ann is a lucky girl to have had a father who cared for her so much.  I appreciate the contributions and sacrifices he made to be a father who was "present" in his daughters life. When his job in the United States Navy called him elsewhere, he always came home to see his precious little girl with love in his heart.  Largely because of this man, Ann Marie has become a resposible and beautiful young woman, a proud daughter and now an awesome mother in her own right.  I don't recall ever seeing Brad without a smile on his face, especially when his daughter was around.  I will never forget you Brad and I know you will always be watching over those you loved, I feel fortunate to be a member of the large group of those you cared for. I am grateful that God allowed you to become a member of my family.  You will be missed, but never forgotten and always loved.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you today with fondest memories of Brad and love to you all.

I'm so happy we got to visit with Brad last year.  His phone calls always made us laugh.  We will miss him greatly.

Sorry to hear about Brad's passing away. He was a great shipmate and friend.  His wit, quick smile, and laugh always comes to mind when I think of Brad.  He will be missed.

Brad was my best friends dad. I thought of him as my other dad. He was the one that taught me how to change oil, tires, or spark plugs and check/jump start a battery. 

Brad never let minor details get in the way of a good story or joke.

Life is always full of some regrets, and one of mine will always be that it didn't have more of Brad in it.

Brad was a classmate of mine from  the class of 1974 at Hutsonville High School. He was such a likeable guy and very easy to talk to. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I wish all of his family & friends much peace in knowing that Brad is at rest. Those who knew Brad (I feel certain) feel grateful to have had the opportunity to have him in their lives no matter the length of time. I was a classmate of Brad's.

Brad was the greatest friend anyone could have. He was always the first to come to your aid. The Cutright family can be proud to have a son, brother, and dad like Brad. When Brad and I were in the Navy on the U.S.S. Constellation he was the first Chief to come up to me and say if there is anything I need he would be happy to help. What a guy. We have been friends ever since. And could he tell a joke and keep you laughing for hours. Brad is just one of those guys who I will remember for ever. There are not enough words to offer my sincere condolences to the Cutright family, but please know that you are all in my daily prayers.  I just hope that when it is my time that Brad is standing at the Gates of Heaven greating me with open arms. You rest in peace my dear friend and I will see you on the other side.

I remember how much fun it was when Brad would let me ride to school with him in his little convertible.  He was a lot of fun!  Good memories.

You let me tag along with you and your friends, sometimes even when Mom didn't make you. You've always been there to lean on, count on and even tell on. :)

When I recall all the devilment we got into together as kids, I realize it's a miracle that we both survived long enough to join the Navy.  But, of what use is living if you don't make stories worth telling?  We made plenty of those.  Don't worry, I will keep telling your stories for you...and apparently, many others will, also.

I'm too old and stoved up to travel to your military ceremony.  So, for now,  just give your Dad an elbow in the ribs for me.  I will join you for more devilment soon enough.  Time flies when your having fun, and we've sure had fun, haven't we?

So sorry for your loss.  Brad was a friend of my brother and I growing up in West Union.  He never seem to mind me, the little brother, tagging along when they where together.  We had alot of good times that I will always remember.

My heart felt sympathy go out to the family.  I grew up with Brad and have very fond memories of him playing with my younger brother Bob and hanging out at our house.  Thanks Brad and to the whole Cutright family for the fond memories of growing up in West Union and all the memories of grade school and good old HHS.

Hated to hear of a former West Union boy passing. Seems to young. Older than me by a couple yrs. but I remember him being a likable guy.  My heartfelt condolences to his family.

I remember Brad as being one of the funniest guys ever.  He had a joke for you every single time you seen him.  There were times when we left his home and my stomach hurt from laughing so much.  He was a great friend and I will miss him dearly.  I wish I had more comforting words to say at such a time of grief and sorrow.  My thoughts and prayers are with your family Brad! So sorry for your loss. Brad and my brother, David Eggers, were very close friends in highschool and joined the Navy together. They enlisted under the buddy program. Big surprise for them! They went to bootcamp together and then the Navy sent them their seperate ways! Was always proud of the both of them and for their accomplishments. Your dad was a very special person as I am sure you are well aware. God bless you and carry you through this most difficult time in your life.

Friend, Mentor, and Leader are three of the words to describe Brad.  Also known as Cooter by his shipmates.  He always had a story to tell with a smile on his face no matter what was going on.  He will be missed by the many that served with him and those that still serve will continue to carry him in our hearts.  Fair winds and following seas "Brother".  See you on the other side someday.
