Dorine Faye Gosselin

Dorine Faye Gosselin, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away on Monday, May 14, 2012 at the age of 84. She was born in Holdenville, Oklahoma but spent over 70 years living in Southern California, with the last 56 years spent in Anaheim. She was the loving wife of Wilfred Gosselin for 67 years until he passed away in 2010. She was also preceded in death by her son Robert, and her sister Dorthea Smith. She is survived by her daughter Sheri Engel, her 5 grandchildren, Kenneth, Randall, and Rebecca Gosselin, Aline Engel, and Adele Sansom. She had 5 great grandchildren, Joshua Gunn, Danielle Smith, Vance Gosselin, and Maya and Ashley Sansom. She also had one nephew Tommy Smith. She was a good and loving wife, and fantastic Mother, and devoted to her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nephew.

She was fiercely loyal to her family and friends alike. All will miss her great sense of humor, her kindness, and her generosity. She loved gardening, puttering around in the yards, and cooking. She worked hard and believed in never shirking one's responsibility. Her work is done now and may she rest peacfully after a job well done, embraced by the love of her family and friends.

A visitation will take place on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 11:00 to 12:00 noon in the Westminster Memorial Park Main Chapel. Services will begin Wednesday May 23, 2012 at 12:00 noon in the main chapel with a graveside service to follow.
