Born in 1926 in Truman, Arkansas and migrated to California with her family in 1939. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Virgil Culp; Daughter, Joanne Stone; Son, Larry Culp.
She is survived by her Daughter, Phyllis Clark (Daniel); Son, Gary Culp (Beth), twelve Grandchildren, fifteen Great-Grandchildren, and one Great-Great Grandchild.
Ethel will be laid to rest beside her Husband at Westminster Memorial Park. She lived a long and full life. She was very loved and will be missed terribly.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 9:30 am in the Westminster Memorial Park Main Chapel with and Interment Service to follow. Arrangements under the direction of Westminster Memorial Park, 14801 Beach Blvd. Westminster, CA 92683. (711) 893-2421
