Glenna Marlene Hart

Glenna Marlene Hart of Cerritos CA. went to be with the Lord on April 21, 2023. Marlene as she was know, was born on February 12, 1932 to Milton Riley Spence and Glenna Elizabeth Spiegel. Marlene and her mother Glenna moved to Long Beach California during her teenage years where she attended Wilson High School. At the age of 18 Marlene married Dale Hugh Hart and had 3 children Kathleen, Lori and Gary.

Marlene had several occupations throughout her years of employment. She worked as a Cashier, Audit Clerk, Office Mgr. Medical Assistant and her fina job was with the Auto Club of Southern CA. She worked in the Corporate Cashiering Dept for 16 years retiring as a Sr. Processing Clerk in 1997.

Marlene was a woman of faith and spent a lot of her time reading her bible and in prayer for others. Marlene attended Eagles Nest Ministries for many years. When it was no longer comfortable for her to attend church in person (hearing loss) She wo9uld watch Charles Stanley faithfully. She was a doll collector, loved people magazines and watching the hummingbirds feed outside her window. She liked old movies, Disney animated films and her Hallmark love stories channel. She also enjoyed taking rides, looking at houses decorations of all kinds and feeding the ducks at the park. She adored the Charlie Brown cartoons and Snoopy was her favorite. Marlene had a great sense of humor and a very contagious laugh. When she smiled others couldn't help but smile too.

Marlene was preceded by both her parents Milton Spence and Glenna Wilcox as well as her eldest daughter Kathleen Everson. She is survived by her daughter Lori Frost, Gary Hart, her sons in law Robert Everson, Dan Frost, daughter in law Sheila Hart, her 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, as well as cousins and friends.

Marlene's services will be held on June 30, 2023 at 9:30am located at Westminster Memorial Park Mortuary 14801 Beach., Westminster CA. 92683

A memorial service for Glenna will be held Friday, June 30, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Westminster Memorial Park Mortuary, 14801 Beach Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683.
