

Lipano was born in Amouli, American Samoa to Rev. Lologo Via Levu and Tapafua Tiatia Lologo. He did all of his schooling in American Samoa and he made history being a part of the first graduating class of Leone High School. He later on joined the Army at the age of 22 and later on resided in California.
He will forever be loved and missed by his wife; Poutasi Lautofa, Son Lipano Lologo Jr, wife Amber Lologo and grandson Marcus Maaloga residing in Oregon; Daughter Faamalu Elizabeth Lologo in California, His Daughter Tapafua Barbara Lologo-Malaga, Husband Tupapa and grandchildren Tuatuamamao & Lautofa residing in American Samoa; His twin sons Aaron and Moses Lologo in California. His Brothers Salatielu & Laun and sister Elisapeta and all his nephews and nieces.

A visitation will be held Sunday, March 12, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Ola Fou Long Beach located at 1740 West Wardlow Rd., Long Beach, Ca 92840. Service Monday March 13, 2023 at 9:00 am at Ola Fou Long Beach 1740 West Wardlow Rd., Long Beach, Ca 92840 with a graveside service to follow at Westminster Memorial Park, 14801 Beach Blvd., Westminster, CA 92683.
