Ray Skipps of Westminster, California passed away on July 24, 2014. A Visitation will be held on Thursday July 31, 2014 from 5 pm - 8 pm at Westminster Memorial Park. A viewing will take place on Friday August 1, 2014 for 10 am - 11 am and Funeral Service at 11 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of latter Day Saints in Westminster. A Graveside Service will be held immediatly following the Service at Westminster Memorial Park.
