

Ray was born in Midway City, California and spent his life in the Southern California area. He was a successful businessman and community leader, and he founded and ran Allard Engineering in Fontana for over 30 years.
Ray is predeceased by his wife, Jeanette Allard, and is survived by his fiance, Nora Henry, his brothers Dennis Allard and John Allard, and two sisters, Susan Brown and Vivian Allard. He was a devoted father and is survived by four children, Meghann Allard Moser, Bobby Allard, Vicky Kerns, Grace Fauver, and their spouses Dave, Mariyah, Adam, and Ben, along with step-daughter Shannon Brennan. He was a loving grandfather to Destinie, Josh, Landon, Abigail, Jace, Harrison, Cade, Connor, Bennett, Reese and Brooklyn.
Ray dedicated his life to uplifting others and making a meaningful impact. Through his work he built bridges, inspired others, and left an indelible mark on San Bernardino County.
Ray was a planning commissioner for San Bernardino County, appointed by Janice Rutherford. He served on the Boys and Girls Club board, with two years as president, and was involved with Rotary, serving a year as president. His company, Allard Engineering was a proud sponsor of the Miss Fontana Pageant.
He won many accolades throughout his career, including Small Business Person of the Year.
Recently Ray was active in the Equestrian Industry, serving on numerous committees of the Flintridge Riding Academy, and he was on the United States Hunter/Jumper Association owner task force.
A graveside service will be held for immediate family only. A Celebration of Life will be held on April 13, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Sierra Lakes Golf Club in Fontana, California.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made in Ray's name to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (themmrf.org).
