AVIS DE DÉCÈS

Virginia Imo Shaver

13 janvier 1935 – 9 mai 2020
Avis de décès de Virginia Imo Shaver
AUX SOINS DE

Westminster Memorial Park & Mortuary

Our hearts shall forever be broken at the sudden loss of our beloved Virginia.

Her love of family and gentle heartedness, generosity, and kindness will forever touch the souls of those who were fortunate enough to know the woman who was Virginia "Ginny" Shaver.

Virginia was born in 1935 in Mattoon, Illinois. She and her beloved husband Jerry began their journey in life together when she married him at the tender age of sixteen. They moved to California in 1954. Together they grew their family with such love and strength, and she raised her children and grandchildren with a strong sense of family values that has kept everyone deeply bonded together out of the strength of her love. Everyone understood that they could turn to Virginia in times of trouble and she would comfort them; she was the source of happiness to all of her love ones.

Virginia loved cooking family meals and enjoyed having family visit and stay with her and Jerry. She also was a wizard on the sewing machine and lovingly crocheted many things like blankets and scarves which are treasured by those who received them. Virginia had a creative mind and enjoyed crafting and puzzles. She also had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to laugh, but most of all she loved spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Along with Jerry, Virginia found great joy in being members of the Kingdom Hall and witnessing to others whenever possible. She found great comfort in knowing Jehovah's love, and believed that someday there would be heaven on Earth where she would be joined with her beloved husband and family forever.

Virginia's love will live on forever in the hearts of her family and friends, and she will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her. May she find peace and rest in Jehovah's light.

"Death leaves a heartache difficult to heal. Love leaves sweet memories impossible to steal."

Virginia is survived by her husband Jerry Dean Shaver, sister Betty Joan Moran, son Terry Dean Shaver, daughter Cynthia Louise Fink (Donald O. Fink), grandchildren; Jason Lee Shaver (Leticia), Christina Marie Fink-Manfre (Edward John Manfre), Jarrod Wesley Shaver (Tami Thi), Jeffery Glen Fink, and Leah Marie Shaver, her great-grandchildren; Chase Trenton Shaver, Rio Savannah Shaver, Rowan Elise Shaver, Eleanor Marie Manfre, Abbey Linh Shaver, Benjamin Nicholas Manfre, Gemma Mylinh Shaver, and Hailee Trinh Shaver.

"And He will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." - Revelation 21:4
