Anthony was predeceased by his mother, Hazel Ethel Sim.
Anthony will be forever loved & missed by his wife, Angie “Katt” Campbell of Creelman, Saskatchewan;
the Berridge family of New Zealand and the Jameson family of New Zealand as well as many close friends:
the Dunham family of Fillmore, SK, the Daradich family of Alberta and the Windecker family of Weyburn, SK.
In accordance with the wishes of Anthony and his family there will be no formal service held.
