Bill was predeceased by his father-in-law, Bob Little, Sr.; mother-in-law, Pearl Little; and sister-in-law, Colleen Lumb. Bill will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 26 years, Terri of Weyburn, SK; best friend, Jack; daughter, Lindsey (Jody) Bashforth of Estevan, SK and their children, Vance and Liam; parents, Karen & Norman Jordan of Goodwater, SK; brother, Keith (Melany) Jordan of Estevan, SK and their daughter, Chelsey; sister, Donna (Craig) Jordan-Labbie of Radville, SK, and family Nicole, Ian and Sera; and sister, Bev (Richard) Pirio of Radville, SK and their family, Brett and Casey; brothers and sisters in law as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Bill was the first son born to Karen and Norman Jordan on July 18, 1961. From an early age Bill had a passion for sports, especially golfing and curling and collected numerous trophies for both. Terri Rae was Bill’s true love and they were married on September 23, 1988. When Bill married Terri he also gained a beautiful daughter, Lindsey. He was a great dad and role model. In Lindsey’s words, “Bill was the father he didn’t have to be.” In their life together Bill and Terri faced many trials but never failed to be there for each other. They celebrated their 25th anniversary last summer and renewed their vows in front of friends and family. Bill was also ‘papa’, he had a twinkle in his eyes every time he spoke about his grandsons, Vance and Liam. He cherished the time he spent with them and couldn’t wait to take them fishing. Bill loved sports, you could find him hunting, fishing, golfing or curling. He took his sports very seriously but always remembered to have fun. In 2012 Bill started the company B and T Maintenance, doing oilfield maintenance. He enjoyed time with his family and spent his evenings with his wife Terri at the Weyburn Special Care Home. Bill will be missed by many including his ball team, curling teams, and golf buddies. Bill was a genuine friend to everyone and would give the shirt off his back to help someone else. His best buddy, as everyone knows, was his dog Jack. Jack was his constant companion and Bill was as dedicated to him as he was to his family. Visitation was held on Friday, August 29, 2014 at Fletcher Funeral Chapel from 7:00 to 9:00pm and the Funeral Service was held on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 2:00pm from Grace United Church, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Reverend M.
