Eric Leonard Verity

VERITY, Eric Leonard late of Weyburn, SK passed away Friday, March 6, 2015 at the age of 94 years. A Funeral Service for Eric will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 2:00pm from Free Methodist Church in Weyburn, SK with Pastor Jay Mowchenko and Pastor Jody Pfeifer celebrating. Following the service, all in attendance are invited to join the family for a time of fellowship and remembrance in Free Methodist Church Hall. Interment will be held at Green Acres Cemetery in Weyburn, SK.

Eric will be lovingly remembered by his children: Marnell (Bryan) Cornish and children Kevin (Crystal) Cornish, Shaun (Linda) Cornish, Karla (Colin) Erickson, Janelle (Ken) Evans; Rod Verity and children Dallas (Lisa) Verity, Allison (Misael( Dos Santos, Marissa (Maurice Bartlett) Verity; his great grandchildren: Liam, Macey, Peyton, and Nathan; sisters-in-law: Marie (Doug) Wankel, Ruby (Murray) Weatherall, Irene Dahl, and Cheryl Dahl; special nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife, of 60 years, Esther Verity; his parents, Leonard and Louisa Verity; his precious daughter-in-law, Ronda

Verity; his brothers-in-law: Elvin, Oliver, Melvin, Ernie, Art, Roy, and Einner; and his sisters-in-law: Violet Shaw and Vera Telenga.

Donations in Eric’s name may be made to Gideons International of Canada.
