Gerhard Hugo Ludemann

Gerhard was predeceased by his parents, Rudolf and Meta Ludemann; wife, Shirley (Wiseman) Ludemann; brother, Herman Ludemann and sister, Magda Meyer.

Gerhard will be lovingly remembered by his son, Peter (Kikuyo) Ludemann of Los Altos, California;

daughter, Pauline (Cal) Vatamaniuck of Weyburn, SK; daughter, Susan Persicke of Victoria, B.C;

grandchildren, Emi (Guillaume) Lussier, Ria Ludemann, Kevin (Linette) Vatamaniuck, Cheryl (Mark) Peters, John (Lenora) Vatamaniuck, Cody (Jillian) Brown, and Kellee Brown; great grandchildren, Landon, Natasha, Nathan, Liam, Oliver, Caleb, Lochlin, William, Abigail and Joshua.

Gerhard lived a very interesting life, and is well known for his attention-grabbing story telling.

He moved into Hilltop Manor almost 4 years ago. It was such a wonderful place for him to live out his last few years. We are so very grateful for all the staff who went above and beyond daily, providing exceptional care for him; and for their kindness and compassion. Recently, his health declined, until he peacefully passed into the arms of his Lord and Saviour.

A Private Family Funeral Service took place at Fletcher Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Pastor Brian Hopfe officiating.

Interment will take place at a later date at Royal Oak Burial Park & Crematorium in Victoria, British Columbia.
