Arlene, affectionately called GG by her family, was an amazing Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. She truly loved her family, and she always made sure her family had all they needed, no matter the hours it took. She was always at any events or activities the family had, rain or shine. She never hesitated to take care of her grandchildren or great grandchildren and enjoyed having them over anytime. Arlene’s family will miss her cooking and baking. Her wonderful pumpkin pies, potato salad, knipfal soup, dumplings, and cookies just won’t taste the same from now on. She also enjoyed sewing. She could sew, hem, and fix anything with a needle and thread or her sewing machine. All of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren will cherish the blankets that she lovingly made for all of them. Arlene was a beautiful and sweet woman and she will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
