Betty Shoemaker was born August 6, 1925 in Searcy, AR and ended her life here with us December 29, 2017. In 2001, she was preceded in death by her husband, James, of 41 Years. She is survived by her sons, Gary Shoemaker and his wife Alice, James Shoemaker and his wife Denise, and daughter Tammie and her husband, Nick. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was a lovely lady who left us with amazing memories. She was such a strong woman who taught others how to be strong. She taught us how to live and how to forgive. She will be missed, but never forgotten.
