Born in Kitchener, Ontario in 1965, Caroline enjoyed a wonderful childhood and eventually moved to the United States with her family in 1981. Caroline graduated from Bear Creek High School in 1983. After graduating, she spent many years pursuing a career as a jeweler where she was able to put her natural artistic talent to use.
In 1993, she married David and together they went on to have 2 children, Nicholas Paul (1993) and Mariah Lee (1997). Her children were her world.
Caroline was an obvious artist from a very young age. Her favorite mediums included watercolor and acrylic; however, she was also extremely talented at jewelry-making, photography, and graphic design. She spent multiple years participating in the Ken Caryl Art Guild where her art was featured many times. In 2005, Caroline and David divorced, however, they always remained dear friends.
After both children were grown and out of the house, Caroline decided to pursue her degree in Graphic Design and graduated from Red Rocks Community College. She was always pushing herself to learn and grow and found simple joys in life even when it didn’t always treat her fairly.
Caroline was predeceased by her mother, Tina and her ex-husband, David. She is survived by her two children, Nicholas, and Mariah; her brother, Ken; and her father, Tom.
Caroline was a wonderful and loving mother who gave her all to her family. We will never be able to fill the space left behind by her.
Services will be held on March 3rd at 2:00 p.m. at Olinger Crown Hill Funeral Home
