Carolyn Alarid

Carolyn was born on August 9, 1936 in Clayton, New Mexico to Lorenzo Alarid and Santanita Padilla Alarid. She resided in Denver, CO the majority of her life and left a lasting and loving legacy for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and future generations to come.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents Lorenzo Alarid and Santanita Padilla Alarid, brothers & sisters: Phillip, Lala, Steve, Pete, Lucy, Lorenzo Jr., Joe, Rose, Betty, and her beloved son Leonard Trujillo along with numerous family members and friends who welcomed her home.

She is survived by 4 children: Ron (Priscilla) Alarid of Highlands Ranch, CO; Debbie (Danny) Rubio of Arvada, CO; Greg (Donna) Alarid of Denver, CO; Teresa (Gil) Chavez of Brighton, CO; 8 grandchildren: Shannon, Jackie, Greg Jr., Shonna, Gil III, Michael, Samantha, Erica and 10 great-grandchildren: Isaiah, Louis A., Jessalyn, Kailyn, Jesus Jr., Aizlyn, Isaias, Amiyah, Penelope and Lily, brother: George (Cleo) Alarid of Denver, CO, along with many extended loving family members.

The family would like to acknowledge and extend their gratitude to everyone who has expressed their love, prayers and support from near and far to us during this difficult time of loss. With your messages we are reminded that she was loved and made an everlasting impact in so many people's lives throughout her entire life. It is because of the memories, stories, prayers, and condolences that will carry us through the difficult times ahead.
