passed away January 14, 2013. Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 21 at 9:00 in the morning at Olinger Crown Hill. She is survived by her loving son Thomas Cook, grandsons; Dustin and Jeremy (Sheri) Cook, great-grandchildren; Samanta and Thomas Cook.
