Craig Christopher Tierney—better known to his many friends as "Salty Peanuts" or "C-Pac"—has finally found a place where the par is always low, the Chiefs always win, and the video poker machines always pay out. Craig passed away leaving behind a legacy of "smooth talking”, legendary pranks, and a laugh so loud and contagious it could light up the darkest room.
Craig was truly a kid at heart. Whether he was wrestling with his daughter, being "the world’s best fort-builder" for his grandchildren, or chasing them around the house, he lived for the moment. He was the undisputed life of the party, a man who transformed every gathering into an event just by showing up.
When he wasn’t being the family’s resident goofball, Craig was a strategic mind who loved the thrill of the game—be it on the Xbox, the golf course, or the baseball field. Nothing made him happier than at the end of the day when he could finally hop on the Xbox to game with his son-in-law and a circle of friends he had maintained for decades. The headset and controller was his happy place where he could truly relax—well, assuming the game recognized his greatness and didn’t force him to give the TV a piece of his mind. He is reunited in Heaven with his father, Stephen; his grandparents; and his loyal dog, Allie, for a long-awaited reunion.
Craig’s light lives on through his daughter, Kayla; his son-in-law, Tyler; his mother, Mary; his bonus dad, Dave; his grandfather, William; and the grandchildren who were the light of his life, Kailey and Christopher. He also leaves behind an army of family and friends who will forever miss his smooth talk, his pranks, and that beautiful, obnoxious laugh.
