63, passed away on December 8, 2016 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Dave is survived by his loving family; son James (Anjanette) Rahn, daughter Rachel Keller, son Joshua R. (Lauren) Phillips, and a daughter Leah Phillips, mother Tenna M. Phillips, brother Harry A. Phillips, sister Sharon K. (Robert) Julsonnet, also 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur E. Phillips.
Visitation Friday, December 16, 2016, from 6pm to 8pm at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary. Services Saturday, December 17, 2016, 2pm in the Pavilion of Reflection located at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary. He will be laid to rest at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
