

Delphia Mae Eastwood-Jackson passed away peacefully at her home in Westminster in the early hours of January 3, 2022. She was 91 years of age. She died of complications of Alzheimer's disease after being diagnosed 12 long years ago.
Delphia was preceded in death by her son, Randy Jackson, Feb. 21, 2020; her husband, Robert Jackson, Jr., Nov. 13, 2020. Additionally, 1 sister and 6 brothers.
She is survived by her son, Robert Jackson III, and her daughter, Laura Jackson-Bailey, as well as a brother, Bruce Eastwood, and her grand-children, Robert IV, Heather, Shannon, Bobbi Jo, Matt and Mark. She was 15 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Delphia's employment history was vast and varied. Among a great many other jobs - she was a licensed practical nurse in a nursing home; an AT&T telephone operator; she worked in the Keebler cookie factory!; co-owner and airbrush artist for Technigraphic (geologic survey maps) and a makeup artist as well.
Her interests and hobbies were varied as well. She was an excellent seamstress, creating exclusive one-off fashion designs; she created exquisite ceramics; she and her husband travelled extensively and she was an avid camper and outdoors woman.
Her final resting place will be beside her husband at Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver.
