Donna Kay Davis

Donna passed on October 28th, 2021, she passed away peacefully in her sleep. She was battling stage 4 lung cancer for the last year and 8 months when she passed. She was always in good spirits and grateful of the time she had with family and friends. She was 69 years and 8 months young. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 50 wonderful years of marriage, together for 53 years. She is also survived by her son, Sam Jr, her daughter, Gidget, her Grandson, James Jr and his fiance Hanna, Sisters; Linda May, Yolonda Fay, Joyce Joy; brother Roger and his wife Kim; her father in law, Norman Dreiling; Sister and Brother in law, Kathy and Ray Kirby and Diana and Dennis Scriven; Nieces Tyke and Lynn; Nephews Rodney-Ray Jr, and Cris Kirby and too many others to mention, but she loved you all.

Donna was a paraprofessional for Mapleton School District in Adams County, Colorado for 14 years. She rode the school bus and helped the handicapped and pre-school age children on and off the bus with her driver, Miss Therisa. She loved traveling, hunting, fishing, and boating in her younger years. Towards the end, she was happy just traveling and being with family and friends.

She will be cremated on the 6th of November, 2021 and she will come home with us on the 10th of November, 2021.
