

Doris Adams, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, peacefully passed away at her home in Morrison, Colorado, on September 1, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was 98 years old.
Born of Cuban descent on November 26, 1926, in Denver, Colorado, Doris lived a life centered on family, love, and resilience. The youngest person in Denver, Colorado, to obtain a cosmetology license at the age of 17, she was a hairdresser and homemaker. She married the love of her life, Glenn A. Adams, and together they shared an extraordinary 78-year marriage until his passing in June 2022. Since 1977, Doris and Glenn have made their home in Morrison, where they have created a warm and welcoming home filled with love and laughter.
Doris was preceded in death by two of her daughters, Linda and Janice. She is survived by her children Steven G., Richard A., Teresa A., and Suzanne R., all of whom live in the Denver metro area. Doris was also a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren and great-grandmother to six great-grandchildren.
Doris had a deep devotion to family, she brought people together, cherished traditions, and lived each day with grace and strength. Her presence was a gift, and her legacy of love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
