92, passed away peacefully at home on October 6, 2014 in Denver, Colorado. Born on December 4, 1921 in Aurora, Colorado to Allen C. and Clara P. Olmstead. She is survived by her loving family; children; Dixie Marshall, Dick (Cheryl) Schadle, Donna Moore, Debbie Blanchard, and David (Patricia) Schadle, grandchildren; Dean Baker, Shammy Pearce, Matthew Marshall, Nathan Marshall, Shawndel Schadle, Rick Schadle, Ed Moore, Shelly Becker, Pearl Blanchard, Tracy Hall, and Travis Schadle, also 15 great-grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren, brother Kenneth E. Olmstead. Dorothy was preceded in death by her two husbands, Frank A. Schadle in 1974 and Clyde E. Bankston in 1999, her parents Allen and Clara, and a brother Allen C. Olmstead.
Visitation Sunday, October 12, 2014, 3 to 5pm at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary. Services Monday, October 13, 2014, 2pm in the Pavilion of Reflection, located on the grounds of Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She will be laid to rest at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
