Frances was born in Canada on September 24,1932 . She married Michael Leahy in 1972.
She is survived by four children Robin Condor, Debbie Evans, Andrew Leahy, and Michael Robert Leahy. She is also survived by two grand children Robert Evans and Shavon Condor, as well as brother Jack Villnue and sister Gladys Davis.
She is preceded in death by her husband Michael and her parents.
Frances was loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all.
