Gary D. Randall, age 62, died unexpectedly Oct 1, 2020. He was born May 11, 1958 in Billings, MT., while his father Don H. Randall was working out of state as a geologist for Shell Oil. Gary's family has a long history in Wheat Ridge, CO where his parents and both sets of grandparents had homes. Randall Park, Wheat Ridge, CO was named after Gary's grandfather Horace Randall where many past family reunions were held. The Randall Family along with extended family in Denver and surrounding areas celebrate a long Centennial Family History along the Rocky Mountain Front Range.
Gary graduated Metropolitan State University, Denver, CO with a B.S. in Business. He first began a career in Real Estate but also sought work in other areas. He began at Mountain Bell which would become AT&T, then began a long history in the Airline Industry beginning with Frontier Airlines then merging with Continental Airlines as a Flight Attendant. He met his wife Julia A. Randall, also a Flight Attendant at Continental Airlines in Denver. Continental Airlines went on to merge with United Airlines and they remained married for 32 years until his untimely death.
Gary traveled the world with Continental reaching as far as Australia, New Zealand and England but then settled down to working as a Real Estate Broker in the Denver Metro area. Gary held an Employer Broker's License for many years and expanded into Real Estate Appraisal. He and his wife Julia successfully renovated many homes as Real Estate Investors. In his final years, Gary had much fun working from his home office while working on homeowner refinancing and foreclosures. He would also go where no one else would go. He and his wife drove to southern Colorado and Colorado mountain towns while on this sort of R.E. business and made a married couple's date out of it.
Gary was a kind hearted man to everyone he met. He was especially kind to animals and was most certainly an animal "whisperer". Gary lost his father when he was less than a year old and was raised by his step-father, an Assembly of God minister, and mother in Assembly of God World Missions. The family went on to become Christian Missionaries to the Mormons in the State of Utah. Gary continued to have a heart for the Mormons his entire life.
He is survived by his wife Julia A. Randall and his son "little" Gary whom he has never forgotten. Gary is also survived by his mother Marilyn Moore of Tulsa, OK and his older brother Dave Randall and family of Tulsa, OK along with many extended family relatives in the state of Colorado.
Gary will be celebrated on Oct 12, 2020 but will always be loved and dearly missed.
