

Hope was born to dance! She danced in Baltimore and Miami Beach and performed in USO Shows and was a majorette for the American Legion Band. She was a judge and choreographer for Miss Colorado Universe Pageants and also choreographed for the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders. Hope and her dance group worked for Jimmy Durante and they performed in Colorado and throughout the Midwest. She owned Hope Moore School of Dance in Denver for over 30 years and taught at Windsor Gardens and Elitch’s Ballroom. She recently received two Lifetime Achievement Awards: Denver University Carson Brierly Giffin Dance Library and the Colorado Dance Association.
Hope was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Jess Waggoner. She is survived by her daughter, Gianna Costo; sister, Georgia Rowles; nieces, Patti Rose, Tina (Steve) Squier, Mindy (Brent) Baumann and 11 great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation from 5-7pm, Friday, April 17, 2015 and funeral service 11am, Saturday, April 18, 2015, both at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary.
