Jeffrey Schwebach, age 62 of Arvada, CO passed away at his home on September 4, 2011. He is survived by two daughters, Adrina (Joel) Burbas and Carollynn, his mother Betty, brother David (Lynnell), sister Lynn (Gary) Gresge, sister in law Pat, and several nieces and nephews. Pat is from Edina, MN and all other listed survivors live in Colorado. He was preceded in death by his father Benedict, brother Paul, sister Mary Alice, and brother Larry. Jeff served his country proudly and saw service in Vietnam. A graveside service will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery on Friday at 12:30pm staging area “B”. A memorial service will follow at the Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, 500 Drake St, Denver, CO at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
