Jessie was born on March 6, 1922 in Hocking, Iowa to William and Thomason Ina Patterson. She attended school in Chariton, Iowa. She enjoyed reading, fishing, camping, travel and playing cards. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers and one sister.
She is survived by her loving husband, Richard "Dick" and stepson, Tim. She is also survived by three of her sisters, Margaret (Leroy) King of Fairfield, CA, Dolly Mae (Joe) Bahr of Lucas, IA and Shirley (Dale) Wilson of DesMoines, IA.
Services will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at Goode Centennial United Methodist Church, 6391 Olive Street, Commerce City, Colorado, 80022.
Jessie was a beloved wife and mother and will be missed by her loving family.
Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Goode Centennial United Methodist Church.
