MCMILLAN, JOHN R “JACK”, 71, died in the arms of his loving wife, Joyce, on Tues, Nov 29, 2011. In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughters, Kerri (Mark), grand daughter Morgan, McCloskey, Lori McMillan and his sister, Jane (Steve) Dertinger). His sister, Carol Downing, precedes him in death. Memorial Service, 10 am, Thurs. Dec 29, Olinger Crown Hill Pavilion of Reflection, W 29th and Wadsworth.
